Michael G. Crookston, D.D.S.

Dr. Michael G. Crookston obtained his doctor of dental surgery degree in 2003 from Indiana University. Dr. Crookston’s love of dentistry dates back to when he was a young boy. While growing up he observed his father’s dealings with patients. It was more than just fixing teeth or dispelling pain, it was about creating deep foundational relationships. Friendships were created that have lasted a lifetime. Today, Dr. Crookston continues in his father’s footsteps. Throughout his experience Dr. Crookston has had the pleasure of serving people from all different walks of life. Getting to know and understand his patients gives Dr. Crookston a better perspective into the care and needs of each patient.

During his career he has rendered service in multiple capacities, including: volunteer dentist for Haiti Health Initiative (HHI) where he labored in the city of Timo Gato, Haiti. While living in Romania with his family, he helped establish a non profit organization for serving remote villages in the Transylvanian mountains. He volunteers for “Give Kids a Smile”, an organization which provides oral health care for children living in difficult and challenging circumstances.

Dr. Crookston and his beautiful wife, Amy have had many wonderful adventures in their twenty years of marriage. Included in their adventures are their four beautiful children, Anna, Skyler, Alex, and Isabelle. Together they enjoy traveling, skiing, mountain biking, and the great outdoors.
